Unconfirmed reports of another blast in Lahore in Gulberg.

Why would someone plant a timed IED in an underconstruction building? Definitely a generator blast.

This is the question I asked him too. The area was under threat and evacuated recently.

There is apparently another blast heard in / near a Gulberg area restaurant. Rumor? Coincidence?

This was in deed missing the typical IED attributes (though some have reported them) --- maybe a foreign intel agency that has different bomb-making techniques.
