There were Intelligence reports of a threat but the govt took it less seriously, since things have been QuiTe normal for some time.
While the prayers are with victims and their families , i also hope the blast act as reminder not to lower the guard... ever, when living in the most troublesome neighbourhooD with fanatiCs hell bend on threatening the rest of the human race over the obsession of their faith .
