Incompetence of our security officials who are supposed to protect railway. When all the CCTV cameras are non-functional that gives you how serious security officials are. Anyone who has info about Baluchistan knows that this lashkar e Baluchistan is a very minor group among all groups operating in Baluchistan and isn't a big threat and can be handled with proper counter intelligence.

Getting control of 8kg explosives isn't a big deal to be honest. The blast happened at lahore not karachi.
