What's new

Blackhawk crashed at Capital Province, 4 KIFA!

the reason was not wires. it is declared that that copter was in after-maintanance flight and crushed from high altitude. you can see the smashed copter in the pictures.

They all have returned to their hometowns, and funerals have been occured. So sad that the day they died, a bunch of senators dared to use "Kurdistan" at the Grand National Assembly.

This is nr 20 of the UH-60/S-70 losses.
Something strange going on here.
The first one crashed in 1993,one in1994,one in 1995,one in 1996,one in 1997,three in 1998,one in 1999,one in 2002,one in 2004,one in 2005,one in 2006,one in 2006,two in 2010,three in2012,and now in 2013 another one.
We lost 105 lives,53 wounded.
No other country has lost so many in comparison with inventory.
Most losses 80% were because of technical faillure,so whats wrong here?

there is no wrong

because,

No other country has used this helicopter in so many mission flight hours per helicopter, even including US.

we are using them so hard conditions, and sometimes push the limits.

you are calculating the casualties in crashes, please calculate the souls saved by them. there are tousands of lives.

How can you make that equation?
It has nothing to do with saving lives,it is about them crashing so much.
Those helicopters are designed to be used 24/7.
The other helicopters of the Armed forces are there for show?
The Cougars,Mil,Hueys,Iroquois and all others, why allmost nothing happens with them?
They are also used as much a the S-70s.
The US uses them as much as we do maybe more(Afghanistan)so i dont buy that.
Technical faillure doesnt mean metal fatigue.
We have mechanics, service crew evrything that is needed for maintenance.
