Blackberry decides to stay in #Pakistan and negotiate with Government about surveillance of their secure messaging system.
Government of Pakistan wanted the company to provide information about users thought to be using the system for terrorist activities. Blackberry refused and as a result Government of Pakistan asked them to leave.
Pakistan being a very large market for technology companies is hard to quite, from financial perspective.
These are indications that Pakistan army under hope of the nation General Raheel, and Interior ministry under iron man Chaudry Nisar, are serious in implementing National Action Plan

Gov should not go into negotiations with any company who wants to operate in Pakistan ..
Come on , they need to work with the security and laws of the land , they cant dictate the country ...

Want to do business in Pakistan ? stay in your limits and abide by the LAW and give and work with the agencies, otherwise you will be thrown out of the country .. as simple as this .. what sort of negotiations they are talking about ..
