Well apparently there were also 2 motorcycles next to it that were destroyed, it is unknown as of yet whether they had explosives on them. Eyewitnesses reportedly said one of the motorbikes collided with the van but it is yet to be corroborated by Police.

Terrorism is on continuous rise much before Taliban took over Afghanistan since Pakistani establishment is more busy in regime changes rather than eliminating terrorism from Pakistan
