Indirectly or directly, it is AL that is fomenting anti-Hindu actions, so that it can fingerpoint at and blame Jamaat for these criminal activities. Any vandalizing of a temple or burning of houses in any village is not spontaneous. It is organized by meetings and gatherings of the criminals. There are AL people in every village, but why they remain passive observers if the act is not sponsored by at least a part of their own people?

There was one big incidet in Ramu when Muslims vandalized an ancient Buddhist temple. Finally, it was found out that it was AL act and was intended to fingepoint at the Jamaat. Whatever it may be the reality is a group of majority Muslims are attacking the minority temples and are burning their properties.

Whatever the people in India think of AL, it is virtually a communal party. AL always uses the panick of the minorities to keep them in their vote box. It has been happening since 1971. What the Indians think about the forced occupation of some Hindu properties immediately after 1971 when Hindu refugees returned fom India? Do you think it was Jamaat and not by the AL Gundas when the political power was with them? Indian should not believe in the lip service of AL.

Hindus know what AL is, but they follow AL in fear of their lives. It is a kind of forced prostitution imposed by the nasty AL on the Hindus. AL systematically hide their true face by talking about Bangali nationalism and then secularism, knowing vey well the latter would initiate religious conflict, and the muslims would blame the Hindus for this kind of development.

Recently there are some cases people asked for help to nearer police station or chairman when miscreants started vandalizing but got no response. When vandalizing finished, they rushed to spot.

BAL plays political game being instructed by its master across the border...can we assume that it's fomenting this anti-Hindu actions being instructed by them?

But I guess they r appealing to common Indians for votes. But then again all these vandalism in temples and houses of minorities R done by BAL fagots which is as clear as day. BAL attacking minorties serve 2 purpose:

1) Project BD as being on the verge of being taken by extremist and BAL fagots r for a "terrorist free BD". But the crux is that the only terrorist in BD is BAL.

2) They can point fingers at Jamat and by extension BNP and trying to project them as communal.

Most likely India directed BAL dalals to attack minorities and project BD as a communal terrorist state and BAL has been trying to follow that prescription since the last 4 years ever since they came to power. India is the only country that benifits by projecting BD as such. BJP should first ask GOI to stop giving prescription to communal terrorist BAL rather than showing cocodile tears and hypocrisy. Btw fortunately by the grace of Allah (swt) not a single Hindu died due to any of the state sponsored vandalism so far. And hindu comminity leaders have blamed the gov for all the trouble.

It is bad for the AL as they are a political party in a Muslim majority country and it appears they are in league with extremist Hindus across the border. How can this be good for the AL? This is an issue that the BNP and Jamaat-e-islami can exploit and put the AL on the defensive.

There R already plenty of issues to keep BAL out of politics for next 100 years. Only if BNP/JI can utilize it.

AL is pro India and by extension they get support from Congress and gets favorable treatment. Does it equate to AL is a stooge govt. and its survival depends on India? I don't think so.

AL gives favorable treatment to India and looks after its interest while congress gives Favorable treatment to AL as a party. Its a proxy on which India has invested like anything. And yes its a Indian stooge and its survival depends on India specially now when its on coma and being kept afloat by India.

Because AL are doing higher injustice to Muslims? 150+ deaths and bullets being fired into mosque, all the high BNP leaders captured. What do you suggest BNP does? Acting Ameer of Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami, Moqbul Ahmed has issued the following statement condemning the recent attacks and persecution on the minorities:

"The Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami condemns the syndicated, unsubstantiated and malicious reporting by a number of newspapers including the Daily Star and Prothom Alo on 5 March, 2013, where without any specific evidence; they have alleged that members of Jamaat carried out attacks on minorities all over Bangladesh. These reports have been published with a deliberate view to fuel sectarian violence, by newspapers which have long been supporting the call for banning Jamaat in recent times.

Jamaat categorically states that none of its members were responsible for the reported attacks. In fact Jamaat has issued strict orders to its member to protect the lives and properties of minorities in light of the saying of the Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) ‘whoever harms a non-Muslim will not enter paradise’. In fact in its numerous press statements Jamaat has condemned the attacks on minorities. Jamaat will continue to condemn all such attacks on minorities.

Moreover, Jamaat-e-Islami conducted preliminary investigation has revealed that local Awami League leaders and activists along with the assistance of the different government agencies have carried out these attacks to deflect the public attention from the crimes against humanity being committed by the police.

We, therefore call upon the Government to set up an independent judicial enquiry to probe into the incidents in order to take swift legal measures against the perpetrators. In the meantime we call upon the people to resist all such unfortunate attacks on minorities."

Really? the govt which killed Biswajit in open street? Hindus are saying that they went to police station but in many cases, police went there after the vandalism was done. And last time i saw, Khaleda zia was visiting those Hindus and being accepted there.

They are, even Muslims are scared, no one is safe in this time. We should work together to kick out current governing party. Hindu Muslim Christian, Bangladesh belongs to all of us.
