I am a late bloomer , so Naughtiness of 20's will not arrive until I am in 30's There are many cats roaming in my neighborhood but all my attempts to pet feral cats have gone in vain . Today I found a Kitten but the moment I am close to it , it runs away and hide itself under the car

Just buy the cat then. Don't worry about the money. If you don't buy good things with it then you must be buying bad things with it. That's what happens with me. When I am not spending it on my needs I am wasting it.
But at this age it's best to use females. Then you won't want other things. That's the only reason they are on this planet.

We had a minature dash hound for a day . I struggled with him as I am inexperienced with pets , so we returned it . I like small cute animals . My mother is strongly against a Dog due to fear and past experience . Cats would be perfect unless someone in the family is allergic to them .

I have seen many kinds of cats in here , UAE. Since its a Muslim country , here is more street cats than a few dogs who were abandoned by their owners while leaving the country in a hurry . I used to feed them milk . We can find cats near to every garbage bin here . They are very friendly ( or shall I use the word .. cunning ? ) , if you call them with food in your hand , they will come near to us and do their signature moon walk among our legs

Only problem to take any pet in/out from the country is the strict laws which insist doccuments like vaccination card , pet passport with micro chip etc. Otherwise you can grab as many as you want !
