Nope,not as prompt as you think,A lot of Gali Galuz happened in sports section and after banning a lot of Indian members he decided to ban Pakistanis now.

He has been prompt to all my reports and he does send the feedback alsO...Only 2 mods do that ,Aero and Emmie.Even webby avoids sending a report feedback.
Few days back an Indian and Pakistani were making some really tawdry posts on a thread.Emmie warned them on the thread and then banned them straight.I like the way he warns once before giving a ban.
Today when Pak-one was banned he was given some negative ratings to his post before he faced the axe.
Emmie is better than others.I hope he doesn't get influenced by others.

I've seen that. I reported his Derogatory posts in GHQ section.
