Well he has a short nose... So... I'll say it's compensation for his nose. LOL Honestly... If the barrel allows all the powder to burn, this would cause the round to be much more effective. I guess this is why... I learned about it in my studies in fire arms design. The concept is known as. "Expansion Ratio."

This is Improvised Gun .. and very inaccurate to be called a Sniper .. 7/10 times it will miss its target in a distance less then 600m .
