Bhensa founder Waqas Goraya returns home

Zia's law used to snub freedom of speech should be discarded as Salman Taseer Shaheed wanted

Hate speech and blasphemy is not freedom of speech. Learn the difference.

And Salman Taseer was one arrogant guy who didn't even give salaries to staff working in his TV channels and newspaper for months. He was no "shaheed". He was far from it.

Good. But if they were indeed involved with that blasphemous page then I want action against them as per our blasphemy law.

Who will take action?

Blasphemy has been accepted by our society as the right of "Freedom of Speech".

Aren't you reading most of the comments above?

Apparently, for many of us, Pakistani constitution is more sacred than Quran and Parliamentarians are more important than Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) Astaghfirullah...

Well don't take few fools on this forum as voice or reflection of whole Pakistani nation. These guys are under immense danger and for their own good I want complete and proper investigation into this issue so we can know whether these 4 guys were involved with those pages or not.

There is no such thing has blasphemy.. they did mock, its their right, not hate. hate is what you people show, that too is not a crime under any law. all you do is take Zia's law to justify your ajeeb mentality.

Does anyone remember the woman who used to litter on Prophet Muhammad pbuh? what Blasphemy law did Prophet applied on her?

No mocking any religion including Islam and any religious personality including Prophet Mohammad(SAW) isn't anyone's right.

You want laws to be twisted for you. Not going to work.

Wow... Mocking Islam is their right?

Yup you being the Judge, Jury and The Mumtaz Qadari of it all.

Yes, Prophet Muhammad taught us to tolerate. thats what I learned from his Sunnah.

I am not being judge. I want these 4 guys to be trialed and investigated and if they are not associated with Bhensa then they should be honorably acquitted by courts.

It is in fact you have acted as judge and already gave the decision that mocking Islam is right and everyone's right.

Yes, Prophet Muhammad taught us to tolerate. thats what I learned from his Sunnah.

And Prophet Mohammad(SAW) also asked blasphemers of his time to be punished severely.

freedom of speech is a fundamental right.. their

and no its not me, you simply made up your mind, as you said these 4 were only to be linked to Bhensa and wollah apply Zia's law on them.

I was never hopeless of Pakistan's future. Not when Zardari was ravaging Pakistan, balckwater was running amock, TTP was playing football with heads. I didn't get super excited when Karachi normalised, TTP were beaten blue and black or when CPEC shaped up good tidings as I knew this isn't the fountain of hope. My fountain of hope was that people of Pakistan how corrupt, violent, dishonest or hypocritical are true lovers of Prophet SAW. The country how grimm still could surprise many. The lifedource was Islam, how misshapen and disfigured it may have been.

Now I am not do sure. 20 CPECs can't help Pakistan if we accept blasphemy as part of life and throw it into background as 'something Allah will take care of Himself'

Freedom of speech is different from hate speech.

And I never said these 4 guys are associated with Bhensa. I clearly said that there should be proper investigation and if these 4 guys are indeed innocent then they should be acquitted honorably.

It is you who on one hand is saying that these guys are innocent and not linked to bhensa and then on other hand you support blasphemy. I can see confusion in your position.

We follow the wrong side of Islam, but never follow the life of Holy Prophet Peace Be Upon Him.

And Prophet Mohammad(SAW) also asked blasphemers of his time to be punished severely.

Those who were punished by him were not punished because they had committed blasphemy, they were punished because they had incited violence/waged war against the Muslims .. Their crime was "Fasad fil Arz", not "Blasphemy"

And Prophet Mohammad(SAW) also asked blasphemers of his time to be punished severely.

that was his prerogative. he never delegated that nor Quran described any such law.
