RSS's agenda is similar to Islamists. They look at territory and not people. Kashmir as far as RSS/Hindu rightwing is considered is very important in terms of religious importance as well as integral in their ambition to re-capture the region up to Kandahar (Gandhara). It's more like a religious war between Hinduism and Islam awaiting in subcontinent. As per RSS Vichardhara (Manifesto), Savarkar advocated mass re-conversion of Mohammadans to Hinduism to free them from the Mlechcha religion (as per RSS).

(E.g. there were many attacks in Kashmir and India during the 90s but now they've been reduced considerably. Can I call it a complete success ? No.)

the decline in attacks is due to kashmiries new policy of a peaceful effort for freedom of kashmir..rather than the armed struggle in 90's...so its not a success of IA..but a policy shift by kahmiries

Please refer to videos by certain ulema of India Mahmoud madani and owis akbrauddin. Indian Muslims dislike Pakistan due to partition. Don't use the same old narrative of terrorism. Terrorism was inflicted on the Muslims of Gujurat and by your very own PM. Yet still speak agaisnt Pakistan to show their loyalty for trot homeland to avoid being murdered.
