Beijing 'will never' halt island work

. .
And DESPITE the constant crying, the threats of "military action" and sanctions, nobody has cut off even $0.01 in trade relations with China.

Not even $0.01... damn.

So much for the paid-for unrecognized court ruling.

Just one "ball"? :D

I believe that was not a mistype by our sage @xunzi . LOL.

Exactly.

If you want to be a great power, clashes between great powers are part and parcel of the game.

If you can't handle the heat, then don't bother getting into the game.

Once a country expands its power, it will inevitably lead to butting heads with another power. This will happen in economics, finance, diplomacy, military, sports.

Rio Olympics will be another arena where the US and China clash in just a couple of weeks for number 1 position.

China thinks it has accumulated enough power to stand up for itself and not back down to the empire.

China knows the US will not be retreating back to its normal state as a regional Americas power gracefully. That was known to the leaders from the Founder of the modern China onwards. That's very reason China pursued aggressively nuclear development. It pursued the highest seat of global governance.

Otherwise, it would choose to be yet another Japan, economically prosperous but politically weak and subdued.

The course taken, the risks to be faced, the enemies to be taken down are known, obvious even when it is not voiced due to diplomatic nicety and rules of the game.

But China's actions speak louder than its words. They all point to China's reclaiming its rightful position on the global stage.

Be it consensual, or coercive.

.
.
The optimum response China chooses at the moment is to counter verbal rhetoric with tangible action on the ground by further shaping the status quo to its favor -- without abruptly eliminating it.

China are building islands, while they ( United Satan ) are killing innocent Muslim civilians and building walls to stop Latinos, and Muslims, and Blacks, and all other minorities ...

For one, I can vouch that Bloomslang is a true born and bred American judging by the way he narrates his posts. I am not sure about the others.
But yes, like yours, his post is entertaining too. :D

Back to topic ;)

Well, I'm waiting for India to sell Brahmos in this thread. This look Ike a perfect Brahmos advertising thread.

What are you talking about :o: ? A Brahmos without Tejas is useless so both will be advertised simultaneously. You might even see a submersible version of Arjun MBT

:enjoy:

If that happens,it will make China onerous to supply some of this long range rocket artillery to our brothers. Can you still call it "rocket artillery"?
