Beautiful Post : Kashmir - SarthakGanguly's Logical Comment

You are hopeless ! :disagree:

Pakistan baaaaaad.....India goooooood !
And You're childish..sobbing,whining and irritating at times.
I think that's how you see it...either black or white.
I never said that India is always right and Pakistan is always wrong.I believe we all have shades of grey in us. And as far as Azad Kashmir is concerned your administration and army 've a lot to hide and lie about.

This bull$hit needs to be addressed. Yesterday I took mental note of this but couldn't get around to respond for a variety of reasons. I also needed to check with my notes to be absolutely sure.

So here's the deal.

Contrary to what has been claimed here, Pakistan had actually declined to carry out her obligations, set out in that resolution, dated 21st April, 1948

I am on topic, and completely fair and factual:

Kashmir is a bilateral issue whose only realistic outcomes between two nuclear armed foes is conversion of the LoC/AGPL into a recognized international border, or maintenance of the status quo at the great cost of ignoring social development. Everything else is mere political posturing, mainly for domestic consumption, that will go no where.

You are free to believe what ever you want to believe, but just to remind you Kashmir is divided b/w the 3 Nuclear states, its at the cross road of Central Asia, South Asia & China, I can imagine who much realistic you are

I request you to please dig further .... :-):-)

Not sure what earth shattering proof to the contrary does this provide. My point stands though. That India considered, in the words of UN, 'giving of this assistance by Pakistan to be an act of aggression against India'.

I am not aware of anything named 'P0K' so please speak a language which is mutually understandable, but I just want to quote

secondly the purpose of the presence of Pakistani Troops are:

How asinine. You don't understand the expression P0K and yet you can quote Karachi Agreement, 1949.

But that doesn't answer the question: If Pakistan had withdrawn from P0K to carry out her obligations par UN resolutions, how come there are Pak troops in a region where they are not supposed to be?

Yes its your interpretation of events, as far as Visa is concern you would also required visa to Visit 'Azad Kashmir'

NO its only your divine right as its only the Indians who have the all the divine knowledge available to them.

BTW 'FACT' is a relative term which could vary from person to person, its the 'TRUTH' which is universal.
You got it backwards. But then nobody is accusing you of intelligence.

Not sure what point you are making

You're claim was that Pakistan had accepted her responsibilities as enshrined in resolution of 21st April, 1948. Your own presentation proves you wrong.

If this is your attempt to prove yourself wrong, then you have done a stellar job. Not sure what other purpose it serves.

As per the UN resolution Pakistan had to facilitate the withdrawal of Tribals and Pakistan national who were generally not the resident there, plz tell me any tribal is there .... ???

Pakistani troops are present at Ceasefire line / LOC to defend the 'Azad' territories which is in accordance of Karachi Agreement.

I reciprocate the same feelings to the Indian members of this prestigious online defence forum

I hope you will accept the truth.

its not my claim but its is a verifiable fact that Pakistan obeyed the UN resolution of 21 April 1948, by withdrawing the tribesmen from Kashmir at appropriate time, Sir Zafar Ullah in his letter dated 30 April 1948, rightly objected at Article 1(A), as at that time as no Truce was agreed between India and Pakistan, so unilateral withdraw was not possible.

But China and India are working things out as they increase trade, and not letting Kashmir stop them from doing so. Only Pakistan is choosing to make it a central issue in its relationship with India and losing out. That is the reality.

you are very good at creating false narrative.:lol:

Its highly unlikely that Pakistan is going to give up obsession with Kashmir as they dragged it for 70 years and we Indians are quite fine with status quo and not going to give up even inch of Kashmir.

Then the status quo will remain for the foreseeable future.

Status quo is here to stay but as an Indian I too know backtracking on Kashmir will be a disaster for Pakistan and obsession with Kashmir will keep them going.

prove the situation otherwise ....

I already have an experience with you in the past, I am not interested in your nonsense of creating fake narratives and then sharing some useless gif image.
