Tactical UAV System development activities started in 2007, first fully autonomous flight conducted in June 2009. With its unique composite airframe blended wing body design, system has advanced autonomy features with its high level hierachical flight control and guidance algorithms. Along with auto take off, automatic cruise modes and auto landing in high crosswind conditions, system can even handle the taxi phase autonomously. Wheel breaks are activated automatically as soon as the platform touchs down on the runway.
