Frankly, I don't see any Israeli invasion occurring at the moment. Most of the Middle East is tense at the moment as it is, thanks to the Arab spring & the struggle for democracy. Keep in mind that most people are sick of wars, & a new war could provoke other Arab countries to enter the war against Israel. The masses are annoyed at the moment, it wouldn't be wise to provoke them. I doubt it will come to that though, the current Syrian government would be asking for a tremendous amount of beating if they were to dare to provide chemical weapons to Hezbollah.

Most people that go around throwing Quranic verses here & there have absolutely no idea about what they mean or refer to.

Here is the correct translation of chapter 9 & verse 97 of the Quran.

"The bedouins are stronger in disbelief and hypocrisy and more likely not to know the limits of what [laws] Allah has revealed to His Messenger. And Allah is Knowing and Wise."

The word to focus on is "bedouin", a bedouin is a nomad. The verse does not refer to all Arabs.

Note that the word "الْأَعْرَابُ" used in the original Arabic verse may be translated as "wandering Arabs" thus being equivalent to the terms "bedouins".
