The SSG are one of the best trained and experienced special forces groups in the world..
They got their training programs from the British SAS and US special forces, and have added to this program based on their needs over the past few decades.

These guys have one of the toughest training and fitness regimes in the world as well, and you dare to call them one of the worst?

Also, African SF doesn’t fight anywhere close to as much as the SSG does. Of course their death toll is going to be lower.

And lastly, the SSG is called in when there is no other possible option. During the assault on the police station, the combat was extremely close quarters, and it’s a miracle that more SSG were not killed.
Remember, these guys may be the best, but no one can dodge a bullet if their time is written
