The phrase is used to describe someone as “cribbing" or “needlessly being a crybaby". If you think this makes it any less offensive or obscene, then you're wrong. Let me give an example.. There's a term “Burchodi karna", which means “bragging" or “making excuses". Now tell me my friend..Does the meaning of the term make it harmless? Would you like to be called a “Burchod" by someone? No...right?
There are better ways of having conversations than the use of such utterly innapropriate words. You're a part of a civilized culture. Try to act like it.
