Joke is good sometime, but that doesn't mean it's fact.

They are living illegally in India. Why ??? No offence... But we don't get "cheap labours" and Politicians get "Free Votes" easily. Go to Mumbai/Delhi......there are many Bangladeshi maids or labours or rickshaw driver. Bangladeshi are not aggressive or extremist, So No Major issue as such as of now. Also, They don't have any power in India - Literally 0 Power everywhere. They work in less money too. Can't even survive for a month without work. I am not saying Indians are not poor but there is difference. We have 25% BPL and 95% Bangladeshi are poor who living in India. Obviously, Why Rich Bangladeshi will come to India?? they might go to US or Europe with proper document.

BSF is very soft. They are not working professionally (may be they got some guideline from centre not to be aggressive till Bangladesh is working with India).
