True. The entertainment industry in Bangladesh is entirely Dhaka based unfortunately, so many people living outside Dhaka can't make to it.The majority of Dhaka residents are migrants from outside anyway, but Sylhetis are the rarest among them AFAIK.
Dhaka Division, Chittagong Division and Khulna Division or basically central and southern part of Bangladesh has the most representatives in the Bangladeshi media industry by far.
I visited Sylhet a few times, and I must say women there are as beautiful as Sylhet's landscapes.
