My little brother (10 years old) did an ad with her. He played a very poor boy in the ad.

Nope...no Mongoloid facial features, perhaps of course with the exception of people from ethnic minorities.

We tend to think ourselves as part of pure-blooded India-origin people because we have more communication with Indians and Pakistanis, and tend to think ourselves we are same like them and are without a Mongolian strain.

But, Bangladesh and west Bengal are located in a zone around where there have been historically many Mongolian people. So, it is very natural that, in the pre-historical times, many Mongolian groups came to this land and have intermixed with others.

Moreover, during and after the invasion of Bakhtier Khiliji, semi-Mongoloid Muslim Turkic people from Afghanistan migrated to Bengal and they are also among the Bangali Muslims.

Our noses are not very sharp comparing to other north Indian stocks and many of us have little high cheek bones. These all are the Mongolian traits.
