@BDforever there was a time when only upper class girls from Dhaka went into modeling. Nowadays women from all over Bangladesh come to modeling contests and get spotted. It is truly a great leveling field for talent. Which is wonderful.

Although it is still hard to teach some women 'posing' and 'presence' in fashion and ramp modeling (different approaches). Facial and eye expressions are key...some women can smile with their eyes without even curving their lips
