After reading every posts in this thread i only want to say bengalis are heterogeous and not the stereotypical short,dark,mongoloid ext....Bengalis are the most underrated people in many areas including the look.
We have all kind of look from west asian look to east asian look to south indian look.Most of my relatives have west asian vibe with sharp feature but that doesnt make us less bengali rather it shows our diversity.I hate when people outside of Bangladesh calls me or my family members Indian,Pakistani,Iranian,Arab instead of Bengali but in Bangladesh we just passes as bengali just like any other bengali(thats why Bangladesh is so diverse).
The people saying that theese models doesnt look bengali are either joking or trolling.To me most of these models have typical bengali look fair or dusky doesnt matter much.
In my opinion bengali girls are the best feminine looking beauties on the planet.Its not about skin tone but feauters.
Here are my favourites:

Brishty Islam:
Tanjin Tisha:
These 3 model have typical bengali look that you cant find outside Bangladesh easily.
Bengali models with very sharp feauture are:
Anika Kabir Shokh
Bidya Sinha Mim:
These two can easily pass for North Indian,Pakistani,Iranian ext... and doesnt look typical bengali but they're part of Bangladeshi diversity.

Very accurate observation. Definitely agree on the femininity part about Bangladeshi girls.
