If big land holders hold the power . Only revolution like french revolution can change the fate of poor citizens .

French were a nation; Pakistanis are not a nation and hence there can be no revolution in Pakistan.

This is still more than enough. It should be 4 katha for each person or family of 3/4. More strict law should put a leash on ugly family/village politics, land grabbing and other crimes by third class greedy dogs.

The rationale for formulating such a land reform strategy is just beyond us. Landless farmers will remain poor but the mafias within the govt. will derive the real benefits.
