Bengladesh can never become Pakistan. One one side you have a Nuclear armed Islamic country with one of the most powerful armies in the world while on the other side u have a weak pathetic nation with no military prowess. On one side u have a nation that has defeated the designs of superpowers twice in their backyard while on the other hand u have a nation that is subservient to a mid tier country like India. Bangladesh's nationalism is anti-Pakistan nationalism.

Bangladesh as a nation is based on anti-Pakistan sentiments. Calling Bangladesh erstwhile East Pakistan is very offensive to many Bangladeshis. Calling East Bengal or Purvi Bangal or Purbo Bangla is acceptable to most people but East Pakistan? Its deeply offensive.

Hate generates because of Pakistan's oppression of Bengali language in 1952, Bengali culture, not considering Bengalis 'true' Muslims. There are political reasons also.

If any film or drama shows any Pakistani he is automatically an evil man who is against Bengali people and culture.

Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) is an independent organization. If the ACC act independently, the country's development will be permanent, otherwise the country will be another Pakistan, we will sit down to begging, "the High Court said.

The High Court bench comprising Justice FM Nazmul Ahsan and Justice KM Kamrul Kader on Sunday (February 3th) submitted the explanation on the allegations of 'false' accused in the case.

Advocate said at the hearing of the ACC. Khurshid Alam Khan Advocate Amit Das Gupta, who was hearing the case against Jahalam,

During the hearing, the ACC investigation officer, the plaintiff of the case Zahid, joint secretary of the home security department and senior assistant secretary of the law ministry appeared before the court.

In the hearing, ACC lawyer Khurshid Alam Khan told the court that the prosecution was "wrong" to prosecute Jahalam.

There are 33 cases against Abu Selak for the alleged fraud of Sonali Bank's nearly 18.5 million taka. Of the 26 accused, Jahalam has been given the charge sheet by the accused as Abu Salek. Appearing before the ACC office, Jahalam said that he was not able to do so.

On February 6, 2016, Jahalam was arrested in the ACC ACC. After that he is imprisoned, he is going to appear before the court.

The High Court has ordered the release of innocent Jahlum today. The court said, "We are not allowed to keep a innocent person in prison for a minute."

দুর্নীতি দমন কমিশন (দুদক) একটি স্বাধীন সংস্থা। দুদক স্বাধীনভাবে কাজ করলে দেশের উন্নয়নের ধারা স্থায়ী হবে, নইলে দেশ পাকিস্তান হতে বেশি সময় লাগবে না, আমাদের ভিক্ষা করতে বসতে হবে বলে মন্তব্য করেছেন হাইকোর্ট।

৩৩ মামলায় ‘ভুল’ আসামি জেলে থাকার অভিযোগের বিষয়ে দুদকের ব্যাখ্যা দাখিলের সময় রোববার (৩ ফেব্রুয়ারি) বিচারপতি এফ আর এম নাজমুল আহাসান ও বিচারপতি কে এম কামরুল কাদেরের সমন্বয়ে গঠিত হাইকোর্ট বেঞ্চ এ মন্তব্য করে।

আদালতে দুদকের পক্ষে শুনানিতে ছিলেন অ্যাডভোকেট মো. খুরশীদ আলম খান। ভুক্তভোগী পাটকল শ্রমিক জাহালমের পক্ষে শুনানি করেন আইনজীবী অমিত দাস গুপ্ত।

শুনানির সময় দুদকের তদন্ত কর্মকর্তা, মামলার বাদী জাহিদ, স্বরাষ্ট্র সুরক্ষা বিভাগে যুগ্ম সচিব ও আইন মন্ত্রণালয়ের সিনিয়র সহকারী সচিব আদালতে হাজির হন।

শুনানিতে দুদক আইনজীবী খুরশীদ আলম খান জাহালমের বিরুদ্ধে মামলা করা নিয়ে রাষ্ট্রপক্ষের আইনজীবীদের ‘ভুল’ বলে আদালতকে জানান।

সোনালী ব্যাংকের প্রায় সাড়ে ১৮ কোটি টাকা জালিয়াতির অভিযোগে আবু সালেকের বিরুদ্ধে ৩৩টি মামলা হয়। এর মধ্যে ২৬টিতে জাহালমকে আসামি আবু সালেক হিসিবে চিহ্নিত করে অভিযোগপত্র দেয় দুদক। দুদক কার্যালয়ে হাজির হয়ে জাহালম বলেছিলেন, তিনি সালেক নন।

২০১৬ সালের ৬ ফেব্রুয়ারি দুদকের এসব মামলায় জাহালম গ্রেপ্তার হন। এরপর তিনি জেল খাটছেন, আদালতে হাজিরা দিয়ে চলেছেন।

নিরীহ জাহালমকে অব্যাহতি দিয়ে আজই মুক্তি দিতে নির্দেশ দিয়েছেন হাইকোর্ট। আদালত বলেছেন, “এক নির্দোষ লোককে এক মিনিটও কারাগারে রাখার পক্ষে আমরা না।”
