Our Main adversary Mayanmar already bouhg a LPD from South Korean design Maskarada class we need to counter that as soon as possible .

If we are serious about getting a similar or same class it will not take many years . we probably need expend less then 400 million dolla r if we consider Maskarada class .

I don't think it poses any significant threat Bangladesh for a multitude of reasons, to start off look up their navy frigate, the flagship, kyan sitta, a joke with MANPADs as air def....

Well a Bangladeshi Navy fleet commander who talked with a Turkish defense person mentioned Bangaldesh getting LHDs in the near future and the size of the ship being medium which is basically a Dokdo class carrier

A helicopter carrier is a vessel that takes the helis to a designated destination from where the helis fly over for doing observations or attacking nearby targets. The targets may be a little away that cannot be attacked with jet planes from the home turf.

Now, Bangladesh may have no such helicopters and no such targets are in its mind. I think, the proposal was another "Baat ki Baat".

An LPD doesn't need to be countered by an LPD. Anti-ship missiles from land, ship and air will do the job well enough.
