Missiles usually have an even lower chance of being hit because of their lower RCS and higher speed. But you are right.
A Su-30MKI should be able to carry 2x short-range air-to-air missile along with about 4x anti-radar missiles. In an attack at a base protected by a respectable number of FM-90s, you'll need quite a few Su-30MKIs dedicated for SEAD missions with a payload similar with the one that I mention above to destroy someone's air defence. And possibly an air escort of other Su-30MKIs with a fighter role if there's a chance of meeting air resistance.

check yourself, it has been said that old Type59 in the process of upgrade, BD already bought few Type59G tanks but number is unknown which is part of 300 new order
