Did Bangladesh comdemn ISIS and Boko Haram? I saw no public statement?

Why would they? Did they condemn 9/11 or the Bombay 2008 attack? The Koran says the deepest level of hell is hell of the hypocrites. Looks like it is going to be the largest of the hells too.
