Nope, history is full of conflicts where a smaller foe has outclassed a bigger foe on the field of battle, and that includes times where relatively modern weapons were being used. One good example is when German forces, even though heavily outnumbered and technologically unmatched managed to turn the tables on the British expeditionary force and the might of the French army, taking France and by default Western Europe.
Pakistan is a match conventionally. It's not simply about counting how many tanks or guns each side has. Also remember Pakistan has a far smaller space to defend.

65 was not a defeat or win. It was both parties went back with claim of victory. Bengalis fought in 65 and fought very gallantly.

The economies of both nations will go up in a second, do you think any FDI will stay in India? India doesn't have critical resources in terms of fuel, it is heavily reliant on the outside world and when sanctions kick into place then what? It's not all black and white.
The whole thing about Pakistan standing defensively is exactly my point i.e. wearing India down.
There was an excellent piece about a Pakistan v India war scenario by a respected western defence writer who stated that India would have to go all out i.e. lose a massive amount to conclude a war against Pakistan, something it is not willing to do.

Why people of Bd have no self-confidence and are so eager to get respects from others by force? Bhutan is a small country, but its per capita GDP at US$2,955 is much higher than BD's. BD people should respect this small country because of this. Should BD be compared with Germany or Japan? While trying to upgrade BD position, BD people are in a sense downgrading Bhutan without any apparent reason.

I have told this years ago. Gwadar to Shanghai, 7000 km treacherous roads. No way Eastern China which is 95 percent of China will be supplied by CPEC route. Only the westernmost Chinese province Xinxiang might benefit from this project. Even after going full operational, CPEC route will not account for even 1 percent of Chinese trade for sure. Projecting this as the game changer for Pakistani economy was a deception to give 65 billion dollar high interest loan and a lot of works for Chinese construction companies.
