whats the difference between UCAV and UAV ??? UCAV has combat capability and UAV does not ?

Can somebody detail the specs of CH-3A.

Btw ... is it not too early for us to induct a UCAV ? Personally, i would prefer us to begin with one of those quadro-copters for close range recon for the army first.

These would be more effective for armies like ours that concentrates more upon defense than offense Large scale induction of such low cost techs along with UAVs for long range surveillance would be more cost effective.
