There is little difference between a target drone and recon drone,while the first one is a recon drone the second one can be used as both.someone with enough understanding of electronics can always tweak them for different uses.They use Baaz and Quadcopter for surveillance and other RC planes for target practice.

That makes sense. Myanmar has been planning to deploy combat UAVs on the border and the recent Rohingya fiasco does make this thing significant. Besides, the relations between China and Burma have also been pretty cold lately.

may be...that's perhaps reconnaissance drones, not combat UAVs...
