Bangladesh's installed capacity is 20k MW.
Pakistan's installed capacity is 25k MW.

Actually with Payra and Matarbari coming online this year and next year (as well as captive powerplants in the larger ones of 100 export zones), this will change dramatically in Bangladesh. There are other smaller power projects in the pipeline as well. And of course you can bring in rental barge plants to remedy any smaller localized needs.

I have always worried why a nation like Pakistan with so much gas (Sui gas) should run a electrical power deficit...
