Nope...I have met Bangladeshis who are Muslims... As Far as I know I still have not met any non-muslim from there yet...

Hope to meet some nice Bengal tigress :azn:

1. From inception, that is even pre-1971. BAL has been indulging in communal politics and all the while painting others communal. By creating fear in the minds od the Hindus BAL has converted them into a vote bank. This has backfired because the Hindus have been migrating.

2. I have not met a single Hindu in BD who does not maintain a parallel family in India. They usually make use of our cheap education (govt sector) and after graduating go off to India. Rich Hindus send their money through howala to relatives there. Often you will hear company or bank officials suddenly disappearing with cash. They are all Hindus.

3. After negotiating the border (which is cheap at both ends) the guy just has to reach Canning or anywhere south. Population there is 100% BD Hindus. Similar pockets exist in Tripura also.

4. Eventually there is bound to be a demand by the Bengalees and Muslims living adjacent to us to merge with us.

Bdshis moving into india is the best thing silently happening.

TBH I think it is time for Pakistan to deport 5 million Afghan refugees & 2 million illegal Bdshis to india.

the illegal bengalis you got are the one who supported you and paid with their blood.. how can you deport them...
you should take beharis from bd

This is interesting news. I wasn't aware India was being colonised the way it is from that end. I had been wondering why Bangladesh's population did not register high in the last few years as it was expected, well now we know.

Keep it up Bangladeshi brothers and sisters. A land area of only 147,570 sq km is obviously not enough for a population of 150 million.

Not quite....those who supported us are Pakistani Nationals - the current Chief Justice of the Islamabad High Court for one !

The others are the ones who came to Pakistan over years for purely economic reasons or as part of human trafficking !

And yes those Biharis in BD are our own people & they should be brought back !

It doesnt matter, in coming decades their childrens will be India citizes  But they will always remember where they come from and for what porpuse

Passport alone no proof of citizenship: Bombay HC
MUMBAI: A birth certificate, passport or even an Aadhaar card may not be enough to prove that you are an Indian citizen if you were born after July 1, 1987. Citizenship laws say a person born in India after July 1, 1987 cannot claim automatic citizenship unless at least one of the parents is an Indian.
The Bombay high court has refused to grant relief to a man and three others charged with being illegal immigrants even after they produced passports (later terminated), Aadhaar cards and birth certificates to prove they were Indians.

"The birth certificate of one of the applicants will not (suffice) as under the law it is imperative for such applicant to establish that his parents were Indian nationals. There is no such proof adduced," said Justice K U Chandiwal dismissing their pleas.

Under citizenship laws, a person is an Indian by birth if born in India on or after January 26, 1950, but before July 1, 1987. If a person is born after July 1987, he or she can claim citizenship if either parent was a citizen. For all born in India on or after December 3, 2004, they can claim citizenship by birth only if both parents are Indians, or if one parent is a citizen and the other is not an illegal immigrant at the time of birth.

The court upheld a trial court's order punishing Afzal Khan (name changed) and three others with a jail term of six months for illegally entering India. The court also rejected a plea to revert the matter to the trial court so that they could submit identity proof.

"A birth certificate may show that a person was born in India, and other documents may show that they have lived in India. But the law does not recognize that as proof of citizenship," said additional public prosecutor Swapnil Pednekar, who opposed the applications that challenged the trial court order. The prosecution said the accused were Bangladeshis who had entered India illegally.

The accused's lawyer claimed that they had passports which showed they were Indians and were in possession of Aadhaar cards and birth certificates which showed they were citizens by birth. They urged the court to quash the trial court's order. The HC dismissed the applications, saying the law "categorically illustrates the person who can be accepted to be an Indian citizen''.

Indian Court!!! Epic...

Ladies and Gentlemen, Here you go......

A court punished a person 6 months in Jail for getting born in India by his illegal parents which he has no control over. Now the court ask him to be deported to a country where he is not a citizen either and neither that particular country give a hoot about that stupid court. :omghaha:
