Azerbijan is one of the most developed caspian republics and is the First Muslim secular democratic republic it was established in 1900's and its people are so nice cultural and well mannered that its amazing just look Asq 1918 after being provoked so many times by some of our ''OTHER'' members he still keeps his calms and responds in the best possible manner .

If you look at the map, its west side of Caspian Sea. Central Asia are east of Caspian Sea (Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan and beyond).
