I guess Bahria guyz just want to take on Hashoo group and end their monopoly. After bahria's flop 3 star hotel this was not expected. If they want to open more avenues of business, why not go for agriculture in south punjab, and upper sindh? Huge opportunities with their connections.

Interestingly Hashoo group owner is originally from Lasbela/Balochistan.

I have a strong inclining that gwadar would be the new dubai. Surpassing all cities in pakistan. The Chinese are currently doing seismic tests in Baluchistan for oil and gas. I am pretty confident they will hit oil and gas. And a pretty major field. Then with that coupled with cpec would change the face of bolochistan. The only thing in its way could be the short sighted Baloch who would be against progress.... As we know there are quite a few of those.

Yes , they're brahmdad like. Paid by India but majority of Baloch are only carving for necessaries here. Once you are fair with them , and give them all necessaries they want. They'll be like other patriotic citizens of pakistan. The people of balochistan are very talented.

The baloch are still very peaceful , the real danger are those organisations like jammat ul ahrar, laskar jhangvi who are residing in punjab and have cruelly used balochistan for its dirty purposes . Isis is also a danger here .

Do you know , many areas in gawadar lack clean water ? It would be so good if government also solve the problems of this city. Otherwise they'll feel like we're again only used like we were used to give gas to other parts of country . It's really a beautiful city , I've spent three months over there. It has deserts ,beautiful clean sea water , natural resources , mountains full of resources. It can also be made a great market to produce dates to whole country as it's land and other areas near to it are suitable for the growth of dates.

You know number of rich arabs are residing here , they've built their rich beautiful homes in gawadar . No wonder they're using its resources for their businesses .

Quetta and Peshawar are part of the nation called Pakistan bro and we love them as much as we love our bigger cities like Karachi or Lahore.

But you need to understand that this is a private investment and a private investor would invest where it would get the best return.

However government should spend more money in Quetta and if it takes to lower budgets of Karachi, Lahore or Islamabad then be it. Quetta should be given more and more by the government.

Quetta is love. And whole of Pakistan loves it.

Indeed government should give equal concentration to quetta , it's not a huge city . The people are willing for development, it's an easy way for development.
If government spends equal attention , we can again make it a mini London as it used to be in British time .

Allah swt has given it all things like dubai .
Did I forget to add Allah swt also blessed it with another new island that emerged due to earthquake . If only we take this chance and start development on the island .
I visited the land when it came newly , lol it cut my feet a bit because it had sharp stones .

Yes they mainly chose youth from areas like kharan , dera bugti .
Those areas are really pitiable , even so much lower than Quetta .
