Not really,it shows there is an unwillingness at least to resupply Nepal.If the blockade was the only issue they could have re routed and charged the extra expenses.Desperate hill citizens will have to cough it up.Nepal is a wide country hence quite a numkber of entry points should a few be blocked.After all,the madhesi rioters can't block off the entire Nepal.So it does support Nepali position that India has a role in the lack of supplies.

But all that is inconsequential,this crisis may just lead Nepal to open up to all it's neighbours in order to derive maximum privileges for itself.

First Nepal is a small country,landlocked and hence not very significant for the other powers except PRC.Hence little coverage.
For the part in bold,India is doing just that,allowing in perishable food products that the nepalis can easily find home substitutes of and blocking essential fuel supplies.

Okay I will explain to you. Eastern Terai where I am from was part of the Kingdom of Videha which included Eastern Terai and Northern Bihar. This shows that Madhesis have been living in Terai since the time of the Kingdom of Videha and shows that there has been a long historical link between Bihar and Terai.

Don't allow us to pay fees at your schools and university, dont let us work in your country , dont bent backwards and stab at front and we will still respect you. We will still allow Indians to work here in Nepal and continue to be 6th largest remittance giving country to India, ask them no transit taxes, not ask Indians to go back to their country. we will do all but not let them meddle in our internal affairs.

Balluch people asking freedom from pakistan and think they have different language, culture from rest of the pakistan, Area from the khaibur pakthun wants the porus border with the afghan brother and where your army is doing operation and using its airforce and drones which was never used by indians in its own soil, and the area of pakistan occupied kashmir where people started realizing that their basic rights are deprived in the pakistani illegal occupation and pakistani are more interested in giving their lands to China and settle its punjabi people there.

And that is why we are congratulating Nepal for formulating a constitution which they deem fit for their county and which was adopted with more than 90% support.
