The 'medicine' is an ACTUAL SEED of the plant Bryonopsis laciniosa which is known as Putrajevak beej in Ayurveda. Its also known as Shivalingi beej.

Beej literally means 'Seed'.

It is a known Aphrodisiac and also a testosterone enhancer. It improves fertility in both Men and women.

Its the seed of this plant,

You are obviously knowledgeable in Sanskrit. But We actually consider Brahmaputra a male river. We do not call Brahmaputra Nodi but Brahmaputra Nod like Nil Nod. I don't know the reason though. Do you have any idea?

I thought the brahmaputra was called the Jamuna (which is a corruption of Yamuna) in BD. Later on it is called meghna before it merges with the Bay of Bengal.

Both are female names.

But the river was called bhramaputra because it starts from a lake in Tibet which is called 'Brahmakund'. The river is the child of Brahma-kund and is hence called Brahma-putra.

Arp Bengal didn't have factories and India filled it up by their products. Day by Day we are producing our own products and already in the process of reversing the trade. Just Because Some baba wants to establish a factory doesn't mean he will be successful. He should contact Airtel to know how successful they were in Bangladesh against the likes of Grameen Phone.

Yammuna is a female name.

One possible reason for considering it male could be that the river was called Lohitya in ancient times. It name means 'Blood river', due to the presence of Red Mud in it during floods.

The mahabharata calls the river 'Lohitya'.
