You don't seem to know the difference between a War Game and an Exercise. The former is a process whereby strategy and tactical plans are discussed and 'fought' between the Red Land (enemy) and Blue Land forces (Own) over models/maps etc in the confines of a room. (Where the PA is concerned, India is referred to as 'Fox Land', not 'Red Land').

This is where strategic and operational plans are crystallized and validated for developing comprehensive responses in offensive and defensive scenarios.

An Exercise on the other hand is for validating these concepts and plans by employing combat formations on ground to determine whether they are workable or not.

The radar seems like the chinse SL series of weapon locating radar

But what the hell is on top of the M113?
All i know is that only Anza III was suppose to be placed onboard a vehicle with range of 15-20km but the sources are very old

On top of M-113 you are seeing the dual launcher TOW missile system. Its called the M901 ITV system.
