What is stopping Armenia's air defense system from spotting and tracked the not stealthy MALE drone flying at only 6000m?

Different factors, either their air defense system is not working correctly, lack of coverage in different parts of the area or they are being jammed or suppressed. So for example if your radar can detect objects from lets say 50 miles, but its being suppressed to only 10 miles, then the drone has a weapon that can reach it from outside 10 miles and the radar cannot see beyond 10 miles.
