Quaid studied in Lincoln inn as subject of queen and British state.
Ya and jinnah was made member of council of Bombay. Was he working against the British interests there?
Another British interest was to keep this subcontinent subservient once it exists by leaving behind a judicial system that inherits its aspiration from the british system.
I studied in British university. I work in UK in private capacity. Am I equal to British Army, which is as an institution, the pillar of British state. British Govt does not consider me the representative of British state so far. If you still insist then I can ask Boris Johnson to consider me the representative of British Govt/system/monarchy where ever I go in world.
Your whole point is that Quaid somehow studied in British University and a member of council of Bombay which made him automatically equivalent to the British Indian army which was created, trained and equipped by British to keep India its colony by force. No, they are not equal no matter how many times you repeat the same.
