Now who the hell is he to call for jihaad? Ok some Islamic state's leader call for jihaad make sense, even Mullah Omar call for jihaad make sense, but who the hell is he? i don't have the Authority to call for jihaad. he should learn what is the meaning of jihaad, what are the requirements to declare jihaad and who actually can do that..

I have no qualms with the drone attacks if the US works with Pakistani intelligence to take out all known terrorists. The only way innocents would die, if they for some reasons are close to these terrorists or if the intelligence was wrong.

ohh come on... how many drone actually happened? And how many times US actually toke guidance from PI? just once.. you can't take role model from one, while ignoring many...

If some attack your home you will wait for grand mufti to give fatwah or you defend your home ?

If any muslim country attack by any one , Jihad is automatically valid no need of any fatwah .

We should always be ready for jehad , there are only two phases of life of muslim either he is in practical jehad or doing preperation of jehad.

If any muslim country attack by any one , Jihad is automatically valid no need of any fatwah .

We should always be ready for jehad , there are only two phases of life of muslim either he is in practical jehad or doing preperation of jehad.

Man there is huge different between personal laws and social laws. When someone attacks your house then it comes under personal, while when you are doing jihaad then it comes under social.. social orders are derives from the state..

Also there is huge difference between Order and Fatwa. Fatwa only works in ambiguous things, while orders/acts required to implement those Fatwas.. Mufti can't declare jihaad, but he can tell the requirements of jihaad, unless those aren't going against previous derived laws, specifically Quran & sunnah. And this guy is neither mufti who can tell the requirements, ok requirements are now meant, now leader should declare the jihaad. neither he is some state leader, imam or khalifah who can order for such thing..

The thing you posted is the duty of mufti.. I never said Jihaad is invalid or requirements aren't meet.. I said he is not the authority to call for jihaad.. if we start thinking who is authority then many problems will be solve.. but problem is that, we want choudharahat, khan, tribal leadership, etc which make things more complicated.

And yes, GoP should take action against Drone (as well), but problem is that those Drone fly's from pakistani soil. So it isn't that simple...

Plz tell me what Jihad is. becoz as per my understanding Muslims are in a constant form of Jihad. So which jihad are you talking about ???
