Let me say this. The Hollywood film,
American Sniper, was about a military man of that role who is part of the American/Allied forces who invaded Iraq in 2003. This sniper killed 160 Iraqis during his times in Iraq.
Now, the American military, the government and Hollywood consider these killed Iraqis as terrorists but the Iraqis considered the American military as an invading force and themselves ( Iraqis ) as freedom fighters.
To put this in an Indian context, what would you think of a British film which sympathized with Colonel Dyer about the Jallianwala Massacre in India in 1919??
Same is the case about the Hollywood film,
The Dictator, which made fun of the NATO invasion of Libya.

About the underlined, it may be a surprise to you but Islam ( True Islam ) was an older socialist movement which endorsed egalitarianism among other progressive ideas. It was very progressive for the time it came about and even during the medieval times.
