I do not know what kind of work you do, but most of the folks taking visas like the one Australia provides are paid equal to what their native counterparts make. Anyways, these days we millennial have both education and work experience quite diverse. I earned my bachelors from Ireland and now I am doing internship with one of the biggest giants in distributed computing in Canada. I guess things must have been different back when you were young. You know, with whips and collars. Worry not, its totally different in MNCs these days.

You are right I am peeved they are not sending me bones but berries and made in Australia supplements.
They did send me money, physical notes, once and it was so heartfelt I kept it in my drawers for remembrance.
Since then they prefer to keep their money in their bank instead, poor me.
