What China and Russia must do, other than consolidate their position as economic powers, immune to Western mafia sanctions. Is to build alliances with countries that want to liberate themselves from western hegemony.

Very true but there are going to be immense challenges. Example Pakistan. There are clearly many Western imposed and controlled groups throughout Pakistan's Military, Government, Politicians, Judiciary, Bureaucracy and so on. These are like blood sucking leeches who will not let go of this country to form an independent path. Most of the countries on this Planet have such Western imposed group of people within them. It is going to be a mighty, epic challenge to get rid of them.
