"After modi revised the rules of engagement, China and India held talks at the military commander level, and India established a strong field." On Tuesday, the Chinese and Indian delegations held talks again in moldo, Ladakh, the border area between the two countries. Indian media summed up the above title. The core of India's attitude is two words: tough.

According to Indian media reports, yesterday's talks lasted 11 hours, with the participation of a delegation led by general Khalid Singh, commander of the 14th army group. At the meeting, India proposed to China:

1. China withdrew its troops from the North Bank of Bangong Lake.

2. The Chinese side withdrew its forces from the valley of garwan and restored the status quo in important strategic areas.

3. China will reduce the deployment of "deep areas" on the disputed border.

4. Restore the hot spring area of Kiam.

5. China has stopped military buildup in the disputed areas.

6. China resumed its deployment before the beginning of April.

7. The Indian army is ready for an all-round war. It will no longer abide by the relevant agreement that the two countries' armies will not use hot weapons or sharp cold weapons during the confrontation. It has authorized the front commanders of the Indian army to deal with China "completely free" on the border between China and India.

Sources said that India also asked China to provide a specific withdrawal schedule.

They have pushed into Ladakh at 3 points but Galwan Valley is most significant incursion which gives China strategic location to overlook all activities of India. China will give them back other territories but i doubt India will ever get back Galwan valley.

India was the first aggressor in every sense they were building up a massive military presence along with road infrastructure near the valley. China probably did right by capturing it first before Indians made a move on it.

China base line is India must not intrude LAC.

It may be possible for forward PLA deployment to withdraw for a little awhile.

It is all about article 370 and including disputed Ladakh into Union of India.

Not really China wouldnt really care if it was just article 370. What really ticked China off was the fact that Indians were building infrastructure to make the border permanent. India has deployed massive number of troops in the region but like always they fell back on their arse hard. Indians basically invited Chinese to attack them.

If this is true as chinese meda itself is reporting it, the use of any weapon was prohibited, chinese seem to have violated this agreement, this explains heavy indian casualties.

China Now Stops Indian Patrolling in DBO Area
Despite all the efforts of India, China is not deterring its activities on the border. After Pangong Tso and Galvan Valley, China has now blocked the Indian Army’s patrolling in Daulat Beg Oldi (DBO) area. China is putting a barrier between Daulat Beg Oldi area between 10 to 13 patrolling points.

China has set up camps near Daulat Beg Oldi area and Despang sector. The stir has intensified in China base near Daulat Beg Oldi and Despang sector. According to sources, satellite images captured in June have revealed that camps and roads have been built near China base. At the same time, the Indian Army has also increased the deployment of soldiers in Despang area.

As per the sources, China wants to encroach in the area near the Karakoram Pass and wants a way for his highway to Pakistan and Europe, which passes through the Shenzhen region through the Indian territory.
