There is no Syrian army, its Iranian revolution guards and Hizbulla.
As far i remember, war was started by Assad not GCC and influx of refugees and there horrible stories of survival, triggered lot of anger among Arabs.

Hezbollah was the last party to join the war, which was in 2013 summer, the only reason they joined was because terrorists on the Syrian and Lebanese border were attacking Lebanese villages and towns, thus Hezbollah had to stop those terrorists... and there are some Iranian military ADVISERS, every country has foreign military advisers, Iranian advisers were there before the conflict even started... as far I remember there were noe Syrian refugees before GCC started supporting those terrorists, compare Syria before and after the conflict, Syria was heaven on earth... plus GCC only caused the death of Syrians and destruction of the country... they don't want any peace, all they want is bloodshed, if they really supported peace they would have not supported Alqaeda terrorists...

and don't ever insult the Syrian Arab Army, it is the Syrian people... the Syrian people are the Army, the SAA is still there and fighting to defend the country from those terrorists...
