hey dude if not ur defence spending in terms of GDP determines then wat defines mad arms race?? snnot wiee no matter how much u spend on defence its ur countrys attitude that is taking u down wat ever u do u cannat win with india..look at ur self inspite of having nuclear weapons ur bombed on a daily basis by a foreign nation, rag pikkers taliban also threatens to sever ur KP areas and ur gov and military bows before them...even bangaladesh is safer and strong than u atleast no one breaks its sovereignty
