From using them as foot soldiers in various GHQ sponsored exercises outside of Pakistan, to using them as pain point point on occasions when necessary, to using them in international forums .... to using them as a pretext of oh so many Afghans here we can differentiate between Talis and the ordinary refugees.... the list goes on and on.

Yes, of course. It is criminal not to put your own national interest first. And it is a sin not to do so when the neighbor is a breeding ground of terrorist proxies from all over the world. No offence to Afghan people, but it is the Afghan government that has led them to this path in their blind following of one proxy or the other. In allowing India to meddle with internal affairs of Pakistan they are towing the wrong line doomed for destruction once again!
