These could be false flag operation murders done by the Establishment done to stir up inter-community tension in Kashmir valley and the rest of the country. That is what was implied by retired senior air force officer Kapil Kak ( a Kashmiri Pandit himself ) in a vid interview with The Wire which @Goenitz posted yesterday and which he linked in post# 16 here.
