But India is still a signatory to to UNSC resolution, and if pakistan evacuates all it's troops and reports to UNSC observers, UN observers will ask India to move in security and administrative personel in to evacuated areas and conduct plebiscite. India is a signatory to the resolution and unless there is revision to that the official stance of Indian government remains that india is willing to hold a plebiscite.

If congress and BJP leaders had passed a strong Lokpal bill in parliament, there would have been no AAP... Why didn't they do so?

We till date haven't been pressed to do anything about plebiscite as none of the pre-requisites have been fulfilled.

BJP can't do much since any sane person can see they are NOT in goverment .

Modi is a capitalist ,He talks about Less government and is the ONLY leader who does so .

I don;t know what exactly is congress gameplan with these leader but something looks fishy since congress has nothing to loose.
